I am an educator, parent, leader, and thinker.
Over the many years of working on bridging families, communities, and schools to create a coherent learning environment for children, I have come to realize how much educators and parents still see each other as "us" and "them." Yet, it is also clear that dispositions of segregation, separation, and power struggle have no future in education. There is a need for a new mental model that would guide relationships among various players that co-create a learning environment within a complex matrix of our times - a culture of partnerships. On this website, I share my ideas, work, and experiences creating such culture in our communities and schools.
